FCW on The Talking Story Podcast

March 31, 2021

Podcasts are incredibly popular these days.

Honestly, just searching for a “best podcasts of 2021” list can leave anyone feeling overwhelmed and unsure of where to start. But, every now and then we get lucky and come across a gem of a podcast that’s fun, entertaining, and leaves us coming back for more.

A recent gem we’ve discovered is called “The Talking Story Podcast.” The Talking Story Podcast is hosted by father/daughter duo Bob and Kelsey Waliszewski. According to their website, Bob and Kelsey seek to “travel the world talking with ordinary people who are doing extraordinary things.” Bob is the former director of Focus on the Family’s Plugged-In publication, which provides reviews of popular movies, videos, television episodes, songs and games from a Christian perspective. Kelsey is the founder and visionary behind Moi Moi Market, an online marketplace that sells a variety of “products with purpose.” The products sold at Moi Moi help support a variety of causes that include helping women out of sexual exploitation, providing clean water, building schools, and cleaning up our oceans.

Recently, Kelsey sat down with our very own Matt Hartsell and Kody Kumfer to have a conversation about how the ordinary people of FCW are doing extraordinary things in Africa and Asia. It was a blessing to be featured on their podcast, and we think you’ll enjoy it too! You can listen to the episode below (interview starts around the 9:30 mark), and if you like what you hear, be sure to check out more episodes here!
