How Does FCW Operate Overseas?
FCW collaborates with carefully-selected indigenous partners who share a common mission to protect and empower vulnerable children. These partners include pastors and local government workers who are engaged within their communities and attuned to their needs.
Partners work closely with social workers and additional staff supported by FCW to identify families in need and ensure that children receive excellent care. Along with overseeing their region of the sponsorship program, partners present local concerns and ideas for new projects. In the spirit of transparency and collaboration, FCW prioritizes listening to our partners and working alongside them to tailor projects that meet specific issues.
Additional Partnerships
To grow as an organization and expand impact, FCW continues to seek and vet new partners–FCW’s most recent partner was made official in February of 2026! Some FCW partners also mentor and collaborate with additional ministry workers and churches. Beyond partners, FCW will occasionally join other charity groups for specific projects that benefit children and families.
